Geo-services

This report was commissioned by the Ordnance Survey in 2014/ 15 to quantify the contribution that mapping and other Geo- services provide to the UK and global economy. In this report Geo- services were defined as services that rely upon geospatial data or images (in part or in total) for their content and delivery and they can occur in any sector of the economy.

This report is now part of a very small body of work that has, since 2012, tried to measure the contribution of Geo- services to the broader global economy.
